Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- Time Frame: Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Condition: Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid order number and payment receipt are required.
Non-returnable Items
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper care.
- Items not purchased directly from Stanley Pakistan or authorized sellers.
- Clearance or final sale items.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

- Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) if eligible.
- Ship the Product: Pack the item securely and ship it to the provided address. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, except for defective or incorrect items.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the new product will be shipped once we receive and inspect the original item.
