Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

 

Time Frame: Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.

Condition: Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.

Proof of Purchase: A valid order number and payment receipt are required for processing.

 

Non-Returnable Items

 

Products damaged due to misuse or improper care.

Items not purchased directly from Stanley Pakistan or authorized sellers.

Clearance or final sale items.

 

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

2. Return Authorization:

Our customer support team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) if eligible.

3. Ship the Product:

Carefully package the item and ship it to the provided address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

 

Refunds

 

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the return is received and inspected.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, except for defective or incorrect items.

 

Exchanges

 

If you wish to exchange an item, the new product will be shipped once we receive and inspect the original item.
