Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
• Time Frame: Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Condition: Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.
• Proof of Purchase: A valid order number and payment receipt are required for processing.
Non-Returnable Items
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper care.
• Items not purchased directly from Stanley Pakistan or authorized sellers.
• Clearance or final sale items.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

2. Return Authorization:
Our customer support team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) if eligible.
3. Ship the Product:
Carefully package the item and ship it to the provided address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the return is received and inspected.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable, except for defective or incorrect items.
Exchanges
• If you wish to exchange an item, the new product will be shipped once we receive and inspect the original item.
