Product Warranty

Below are the warranty terms and instructions for submitting a claim. Review the relevant sections and follow the claim process if you believe your product is eligible for warranty service.

What is covered

Products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship at the time of purchase. The warranty includes coverage for significant degradation of core performance when the product has been used and cared for according to the manufacturer's instructions.

This warranty applies only to products purchased from an authorized retailer or reseller and used under normal conditions with proper care.

What is not covered

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from natural disasters, accidental damage (e.g., fire), or parts that are not made of stainless steel.
  • Counterfeit or tampered products
  • Normal wear and tear (scratches, dents, cosmetic blemishes)
  • Damage from failure to follow care/use instructions
  • Damage due to modification, third-party accessories, abuse, misuse, or neglect

Coverage duration

The warranty for drinkware and food containers (excluding lids, seals and straws) is valid for the functional lifetime of the product when used as intended and maintained properly.

Verification requirements

To process a claim, we may require proof of purchase or the return of the defective product. Verification may include photos or video demonstrating the defect. Additional information may be requested at the company's discretion.

Remedy

  • If a product is covered, it will be repaired or replaced, at the company's option, at no charge with a comparable product currently manufactured.
  • Replacements may differ in color or finish. Custom designs cannot be replicated on replacement items.

Additional information

The company is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. Some jurisdictions may not allow exclusion or limitation of such damages.
